If we work together on a project, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and WishWeb Studio, which sets out scope, fees, timelines and ownership of the work. If that agreement and these Terms conflict, the agreement controls for that project.

The website is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. About the website

The website describes our web design, development and related services, shows examples of our work, and lets you send us a project inquiry.

4. Project inquiries

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a contract or a client relationship, and it does not obligate either of us to work together. Any timelines or budget ranges on the website or in the form are for discussion only and are not a quote.

5. Confidentiality and sensitive information

We treat the information in your inquiry with care and use it only to evaluate and respond to your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. However, sending an inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement between us.

Please do not include trade secrets, passwords, financial account details or other highly sensitive information in the inquiry form. If your project requires confidentiality, please contact us before sharing sensitive details so we can discuss whether a separate non-disclosure agreement is appropriate.

Response times mentioned on the website or in our emails are good-faith estimates and not guarantees. Any specific commitments for a client project are set out in that project's written agreement.

Client names, logos and project examples shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are displayed to illustrate our work.
